The foundation offers up to 100 full scholarships for tertiary studies each year.
Closing Dates and Notifications
Scholarship applications are accepted year-round. Accepted applicants are notified in writing during the last week of April each year.
Successful candidates will be able to choose from the following courses:
Human Resources, Project Management, Retail Management, Frontline Management, Business Management, Paralegal, Mediation, Criminal Justice, Journalism, Counselling & Psychology, Zoology, Fashion Styling & Image Consulting, Life Coaching, Tourism, Horticulture, Teachers Aide, and T.E.S.O.L.
Scholarship Advisory Committee
The scholarship committee is a voluntary panel of prominent citizens who assist in selecting from among the applicants. All applicants presented to the scholarship committee will be vetted first by the Grants Administrator for completeness, appropriateness and verification regarding whether the applicant fits within the foundation’s guidelines for scholarship consideration. Scholarship winners are selected via a competitive application process.
Scholarship Terms & Conditions
Career Training Scholarship
Young people and adults are awarded full scholarships enabling recipients to choose from a wide range of vocational career courses with our college partners. A particular focus is placed on those who exhibit leadership traits and qualities.
Military Leadership Scholarship
Army, Navy or Air Force officers are chosen annually as recipients of the Military Leadership Scholarship. All programmes eligible for funding are self-paced distance learning programmes, enabling personnel to study from any location.
Applicants must be commissioned officers in either the regular defence force or reserves.
